Ingredients
- 160 g Oats
- 750 ml Water
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Brown sugar Add to to taste
- 1 Banana Optional
Spices & herbs
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 0.75 tsp Cinnamon Ground, Optional
- 0.5 tsp Ginger powder Optional
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper Ground, Optional
Instructions
- For best results soak the oats the night before to remove Phytic acid
- Heat all the Ingredients in a deep pan
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for approx 10 mins
- Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced Banana
