Shahi paneer

AKA The Royal cheese
Shahi paneer
This is a dish that does not hold back, it’s rich and bursting with flavor. It’s certainly not an everyday dish but a great recipe for when you want to impress.  It certainly lives up to its name, Shahi means Royal and Paneer means Cheese, I call it Royale with cheese (as in Pulp fiction!). To really make the most of it, why not make your own Cheese (Paneer)? It’s easier than you might think, you can follow this recipe. A note of gratitude to cousin Sister (Ninder) who on a recent visit to England from Canada shared this recipe.
