Cucumber
Cut into 1cm chunks.

Instructions
Wash, Trim the edges of both the bitter gourd and the cucumber
Chop up the gourd, cucumber and tomatoes in chunks.
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl.
Add the Salt and Pepper.
Mix together so the spice and herbs are evenly coated.
Add the oil and mix again.
