Ingredients
  

  • 1 Gourd
  • 1 Cucumber Cut into 1cm chunks.
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5k tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash, Trim the edges of both the bitter gourd and the cucumber
  • Chop up the gourd, cucumber and tomatoes in chunks.
  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Add the Salt and Pepper.
  • Mix together so the spice and herbs are evenly coated.
  • Add the oil and mix again.
