Special chai masala

This is my “special” chai.  Over the years I found how to incorporate this unique variety of spices.  Adjusting quantities, trying different spices and testing has been an enjoyable process. The result is special – and I am very happy to be able to share it with the world.  It is ideally drunk as a digestif, the taste is very more-ish but I recommend drinking in moderation since it is likely to over-stimulate the nervous system.

Suggested guide

Approx 4 grams (1 tsp) makes a cup of chai two persons.

  • For two persons, 25 grams every 2 months.
  • For a family of four, 50 grams every two months.
