Fenugreek seeds

Ground Fenugreek seeds have a strong tart flavour mellows when dry-roasted or fried. used in many indian dishes, as well as in egyptian and ethiopian breads. goes well with rice, pulses, root vegetables and fish curries.

Suggested guide

1g (1tsp) makes one curry/stew serving four people.

  • For one person, 20 grams every 2 months.
  • For a family of four, 80 grams every two months.
