About Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the most ancient health and well-being modality.

Ayurveda tells us that we each have a unique constitution made of the 3 primary energies. Ether-Air (Vata), Fire-Water (Pitta) and Earth-water (Kapha).

About this Tea
This tea is especially good for Pitta types who can have a tendency to overheat. During the summer, the Pitta energy can be more easily aggravated also in people who are not Pitta dominant.

Certain spices like Cumin in small quantities have a cooling effect on the body but in larger doses, it will heat the body.
