Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg carrots Grated
  • 0.5 Cup Milk
  • 275 grams Brown sugar
  • 275 Grams Milk powder
  • 75 grams Sultanas
  • 150 grams Almond
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Green cardamom Use the seeds only.
  • 4 Cloves Whole.
  • 100 grams Pistachios Crushed

Instructions
 

  • Put the milk to boil, when it's hot, add the butter
  • Add the Cardamom and Cloves.
  • Add the carrots, simmer until they are soft (don't boil), then add the coconut powder
  • Chop the almonds into small pieces and add them to the mixture
  • Add the sugar and mix well
  • Simmer until all the liquid has evaporated, then add the milk powder

Garnish

  • Garnish with the crushed pistachios.
