Ingredients
- 1 Gourd
- 1 Cucumber Cut into 1cm chunks.
- 4 Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5k tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Wash, Trim the edges of both the bitter gourd and the cucumber
- Chop up the gourd, cucumber and tomatoes in chunks.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl.
- Add the Salt and Pepper.
- Mix together so the spice and herbs are evenly coated.
- Add the oil and mix again.
