Non-alcoholic mulled wine

Ingredients
- 1 Orange Sliced
- 650 ml Cranberry juice
- 250 ml Apple juice
- 150 ml Blackcurrant cordial A good quality one will be worth it.
- 3 g Star anise
- 1.6 g Green cardamom
- 0.65 Cloves
- 7 g Cinnamon Quills
- 3 g Ginger powder
- 0.15 g Nutmeg Grated
- 1 tbsp Honey It's optional, I used buckwheat honey.
Instructions
- Crush the cardamom open.
- Add all the ingredients into a pan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let the wine sit for a couple of hours.
- Re-heat and serve.
