Fresh tomato soup

Tomato soup
My local supermarket was getting ready to throw away their unsold tomatoes, they were on offer, so I bought a load and was glad to make my own home-made fresh tomato soup! Paprika is great for adding a little extra flavour and heat to this recipe, and we use turmeric and more depth to its colour while also sneaking in the many health benefits that come with turmeric! If you like it spice why not add some chilli powder, might be nice to get a little sweaty on a cold day!
